The terrace building is the new landmark of Vaakunaranta. It creates a recognizable and architecturally high-level character for the entire Oulu housing fair area. The block consists of a seven-story terrace house on the west side and a five-story terrace house on the east side. Between the buildings, a sheltered, green common yard opens to the south on top of the deck structure.
