”Wine, friends and good food” – The refurbished Restaurant Hugo invites the visitors to a historical milieu in the heart of Oulu. The decoration creates a warm and sophisticated, yet modern atmosphere. The colour scheme is inspired by the paintings of Juhani Palmu.
