The new daycare center forms a village consisting of gable-roofed masses, like a miniature Oulunsalo. The theme continues comprehensively in the exterior and interior architecture as well as in the playground area. The whole blends into the building stock of the area, but the small scale makes the building inviting, easy to perceive and approachable even for the smallest users.
