Oulu Terraced Houses

The terraced house is a new landmark in Vaakunaranta. It creates a recognizable and architecturally high-quality character for the entire housing fair area. The block consists of a seven-story terraced house on the western side of the plot and a five-story terraced house on the eastern side. Between the buildings, a sheltered, green communal courtyard opens to the south on top of the deck structure.
