House Three Trees

House Three Trees is organised around three sheltered courtyards, each centred around a tree. The spaces open towards different directions and views of the sea, creating a continuous connection to the surrounding landscape and changing seasons. Split levels, long sightlines and expansive glazing link the interior and exterior together, while the courtyards provide private outdoor spaces for different moments throughout the day. Completed in 2006, the house demonstrates how a strong architectural concept and carefully considered design can remain relevant and timeless for decades.
