House K

House K opens south towards the coastal meadow and sea views. The main spaces on the upper floor are oriented around light and views, allowing the living, dining and terrace areas to form a continuous relationship with the surrounding landscape. The grey rendered exterior gives the building a clear, sculptural presence, softened by warm timber surfaces that begin in the recessed outdoor spaces and continue into the interior. This continuity of materials connects inside and outside, creating a calm and sheltered atmosphere throughout the house.
